Already established in Brazil and Colombia, relevanC continues its internationalization with an agreement with Argentinian retailer Libertad. This 5-year contract concerns the personalization of promotional offers for Libertad's loyalty card holders. The group has 4 million customers per month and more than 3000 employees in Argentina.
This partnership will help Libertad to get closer to its customers. relevanC’s technology will allow Libertad to provide its loyalty program members with personalized offers based on their purchasing behavior. By significantly improving the customer experience, Libertad will attract new customers and increase the average basket size of loyalty card holders.
